Number of Students Allowed per School

The number of entries allowed per school is based on the school population, and is posted as soon as an accurate figure for the current school year is available. Here are the quotas for 2024. 

Note: Changes in district and school enrolment numbers may necessitate adjustments to school quotas each year

Schools with less than 40 students in grades 4 through 7 are combined with neighbor schools where practical. We also have a minimum of 2 students per school so that no one at the conference is the only student from their school.
